Help Sasha Go to Egypt to Complete Her Training

Greetings family. I am officially becoming a certified Kemetic Yoga instructor! Woop! Woop! I have been fully immersed in a 9-month program grounded in Kemetic yoga and philosophy, and have been working diligently for the past 7 months to prepare for the final commencement. I am graciously requesting your support to help me complete my initiation this November in Kemet (Egypt).

 

Since embarking on this 9 month program I have been greatly expanding the known limits of my spirit, mind, and body. I have committed to learning and practicing the Kemetic philosophy as well as an expansive integrated curriculum that includes HATHA yoga (the ancient Indian philosophy), decoding and learning the transliteration of the Sesh Medew Netcher— aka reading and writing hieroglyphics! I am studying the intricacies of the human anatomy, and meditating daily with different healing breathing techniques and postures exclusive to Ancient Kemet (which I will be able to soon share with all people, including pregnant women, children, elders, and athletes).

 

In November I will reconvene with my teacher and fellow initiates in Kemet (Egypt), as we crossover, putting everything we have learned over the past 9 months into collective action. With your help, I will be able to complete my teacher training, secure my stay, advance my knowledge by exploring the many temple complexes, transliterate and read the physical sacred texts (hieroglyphics), learn from some of the greatest historians and teachers of our time, as well as sail the Nile River for the first time.

 

The Kemetic philosophy is a sophisticated system that promotes the fulfillment of our highest potential as Divine beings by implementing vital physical, mental, and spiritual practices foundational for our personal and collective well being. This ancient wisdom is important to me because as a community healer, I envision the reclamation of our collective health aligned with our spiritual and personal purpose. I am beyond grateful to have extensive training in an encompassing practice to share and bless others with.

 

Kemet is responsible for major contributions to today’s society, from astrology, advanced medicine, electricity, battery power, sewage systems, sacred rituals, and manifestation practice, to name a few.

 

My mission in life is to help the world heal and to remind us all that we are the many faces of love- I mean it with every cell in my being. This is an investment in community. My offerings will include an integrated approach of healing practices offered through Sacred Beach LLC including, but not limited to Kemetic yoga, physical nourishment (Veganlit), herbalism, meditation, breath work, affirmations and other tools easily accessible once learned. I’m excited and bursting with gratitude. This journey has been as challenging as rewarding and life changing for the best.
