Help Saul Get Around!

A GREAT friend of mine, Saul Fisher, went for a bike ride at six in the morning and was run over by an elderly driver (90+) who said he never saw him.  In the blink of an eye, Saul went from being the most fit individual I know to someone who is paralyzed from the chest down. 

He’s had to adjust - from life as a self-sufficient, athletic individual to someone who now needs to rely on others for the everyday things we all take for granted.  He and his wife have had to spend thousands of dollars to retrofit their house, buy a special van, and purchase two different types of wheel chairs (one to move around in and one that will stand him up a few hours a day to make sure his organs and circulation stay viable). 

The most amazing part for me is seeing him adjust and remain so incredibly positive and brave.  He’s still fighting every day, going to physical therapy, and learning how to use his hand to maximum effect.  Check out the video of him on the $1 Million treadmill at the rahab center!  We have hope but need your help.  One hundred percent of the funds will be used for the equipment listed above and other costs related to his injury as they occur.  Please donate to Saul!  Every dollar helps.
