Help Savannah& kids get house fixed and back home

Hi, my name is Lori, and I am setting this up for Savannah and her children to get back home. They have been away from it for 7 weeks and counting.
She purchased a home in June of this year. Soon after her kids began to get ill with what she thought to be colds. Her oldest daughter had just started treatment for Autism at Fraser so she figured it was coming from there. In mid September she took her three children ages 3,2 & 1 to the doctors office due to constant runny noses and severe coughing. The doctor brushed it off as a severe sinus infection that should soon blow over. They stated the coughing could take a while to go away. They seemed to have gotten better, but with a lingering cough. Beginning shortly after Halloween she turned her furnace on and started noticing high condensation in the home regardless of running a dehumidifier. She would constantly wipe windows down then soon she noticed mold growing on the window seals. She quickly started cleaning the windows with correct products and noticed it returning.
On November 12th her children's Aunt offered to watch 2 of her children so she could clean up her home. Their Aunt mentioned her youngest was coughing extremely bad and stated she should take him back to the doctor, due to she didn't think he was getting better. She planned to schedule an appointment the following Monday. The next day another Aunt took all children so she could further clean. As she was cleaning every nook and cranny in the home she started noticing a bigger problem than she thought. The last 2 weeks she had been sleeping on the couch due to her daughter Jaliyah(3) had broken her TV in her room. She had just put a brand new bed set on the bed then and had yet to sleep in it. At that time she had placed storage below her bed as well. Once she pulled a pillow from against the wall she noticed visible black mold growing behind it. The worst came once she pulled her bed from the wall and there was mold growing all along side the corner of her mattress and underneath along the trimming of the wall. She began to go through every room and pull out everything touching all walls and that's when she knew she had a horrible problem.
Behind her children's bed alongside the wall there was mold on the trimming, in her kids closet behind a box, behind the couch along the wall, and underneath a corner table in her kitchen. She called me in distress telling me what was going on. I advised she needed to immediately get her and her kids out of the house. I told her to grab some things and she needed to go to a hotel until she could figure things out. Now 7 weeks later she is still in a hotel and has ran out of options.
She has went through her home warranty and insurance, and was denied assistance. She's made over 100+ calls to anywhere from local county assistance programs for loans, state programs, government assistance, programs for single moms, for pregnant women, habitat for humanity and has not found any help yet. She has had inspectors for mold remediation, insulation, roof, foundation, duct cleaners, siding, HVAC, mold testers you name it and has not gotten any closer to resolving her situation. Being that she was just denied on Dec 22nd from her insurance and has found no help anywhere else she has no other option but to ask for help from the community.
She has already racked up $3.5k for staying in a hotel for this period of time. She has incurred several costs trying to clean up what she could and getting testing and inspectors to come out. At this point she doesn't have much more funds to continue to pay for her mortgage, bills, food and staying in a hotel and to resolve the issue. To remedy the situation she needs to knock down walls, insulation, flooring and ceiling and have it professionally cleaned and rebuilt.
She has been working non stop and worked 6 days straight while having Covid-19 and in 1 room with 3 kids. She can really use help at this point. Knowing her she would not ask for any help unless she is at her last resort.
Thank you everyone for your support to get her and her family back in their home, anything is greatly appreciated. Please share with anyone that can help and send prayers to her family. All funds will go towards the house and other costs of living outside of the house with her family.
