Hello, I'm Asil Alkabariti, a Palestinian from Gaza Strip. My life has been shaped by the challenges of enduring wars alongside my family for the past twenty-two years. Despite these hardships, I managed to get out of Gaza through a scholarship that brought me to the U.S., and now I am an asylee. The memories of fear during relentless attacks on our home and neighborhood still haunt me.

Currently, the situation in Gaza is dire, with no electricity, clean water, or sufficient food supplies. The urgency of raising funds is critical for my family's survival, especially as the danger of evacuation from Deir AlBalah in the south looms large. At the request of my family, Aubrey Wooddy and I are starting this fundraising to provide the vital support they need.

**Nour's Courage Amidst Destruction:**

Amidst the chaos of the current crisis, my sister Nour stands as a Symbol of Strength. As a single mother, she is the main provider for her four children: Tamer, the one with special needs whom she cares for entirely by herself, along with Mirna, Karmaa, and Eid. The recent forced evacuation from our family house, heavily affected by bombing and now potentially uninhabitable, adds layers of complexity to Nour's challenges. The devastation wrought upon our home leaves us grappling with the aftermath of destruction, forcing Nour to seek refuge in Heba's house. This refuge, however, is not without its own hardships – Heba's house, situated in a neighborhood targeted by bombings, bears the scars of broken windows and leaking ceilings.

**Mohammed's Dedication Despite Hardships:**

Amid the crisis, my brother Mohammed has emerged as a resilient pillar of support for our family. A diligent and hardworking young man, Mohammed faced the harsh blow of losing his job when the war started, leaving him without any source of income. Despite this setback, he exhibited remarkable strength and courage by playing a crucial role in helping Nour flee the turmoil in the north, navigating through numerous challenges along the way.

Notably, Mohammed had invested significant efforts in building his apartment – a testament to his determination to secure a place for his children to call home. I vividly recall witnessing the immense dedication he poured into constructing a haven for his family, even amidst a challenging economic landscape. Sadly, the news has reached us that our family house, and specifically Mohammed's mightily built apartment, has been destroyed due to the relentless bombing. This heartbreaking news has left Mohammed with nothing, having lost both his home and job.

Now residing in Heba's house, Mohammed shoulders the immense responsibility of caring for the entire family. The weight of this burden is magnified by the fact that he not only lost his job and home but also the place he had diligently constructed for the well-being of his loved ones. Despite these overwhelming challenges, Mohammed remains steadfast in his commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our family. Mohammed is willing to leave Gaza along with his wife and children when the war ends.

**Heba's Struggle with Exhaustion:**

My sister Heba, the anchor of our family, now faces an additional battle – extreme exhaustion. The relentless workload, exacerbated by the challenges of war, has taken a toll on her health. She has had to visit the hospital multiple times due to this extreme exhaustion. The immense burden of work includes waking up early every day to prepare bread for sixteen individuals, their main source of nutrition amidst scarcity and soaring prices. Heba's health condition is a pressing concern, and we urgently seek support to alleviate her workload and ensure she receives the necessary help.

The daily struggle for survival puts my siblings at risk, facing unimaginable challenges. This campaign is not just for our survival; it's an attempt to infuse a glimmer of hope into our lives. Your contribution has the power to make a profound impact, bringing comfort and relief to my family, especially Nour, Mohammed, and Heba, during these emotionally charged and trying times.

‎*شجاعة نور في وسط الدمار:*

‎في وسط فوضى الأزمة الحالية، تقف أختي نور كرمز قوة. كأم عازبة، هي المعيلة الرئيسية لأربعة أطفال: تامر، الذي يعاني من احتياجات خاصة تعتني به بمفردها، بالإضافة إلى ميرنا، كرما، وعيد. الإجلاء القسري الأخير من منزلنا العائلي، الذي تأثر بشدة بالقصف وقد يكون الآن غير صالح للسكن، يضيف طبقات من التعقيد إلى تحديات نور. الدمار الهائل الذي حل بمنزلنا يتركنا نتصارع مع آثاره، مما يضطر نور للجوء إلى منزل هبة. منزل هبة، الموجود في دير البلح تضرر بشكل كبير بسبب تعرض حيهم السكني للقصف مما أدى إلي تحطم كل النوافذ وتسرب الماء من السقف.

‎*تفاني محمد رغم الصعوبات:*

‎في وسط الأزمة، يظهر أخي محمد كعمود دعم لعائلتنا. شاب يعمل بجد، فقد وظيفته عندما بدأت الحرب، مما تركه بدون أي دخل. على الرغم من هذا، لعب دورًا حيويًا في مساعدة نور على الفرار من الشمال، مواجهًا تحديات عديدة على طول الطريق. الآن، يتحمل محمد مسؤولية رعاية العائلة بأكملها في منزل هبة. يتم تفاقم وزن هذه المسؤولية بحقيقة أن منزله الخاص تأثر بالقصف.

‎*كفاح هبة مع الإرهاق:*

‎أختي هبة، تواجه الآن معركة إضافية - الإرهاق الشديد. العبئ الشاق والمزيد من التحديات الناجمة عن الحرب، قد أثرت على صحتها. كانت مضطرة لزيارة المستشفى مرارًا بسبب هذا الإرهاق الشديد. العبء الهائل للعمل يتضمن الاستيقاظ في الصباح الباكر يوميًا لتحضير الخبز لستة عشر فردًا، مصدرهم الرئيسي للتغذية في ظل الندرة وارتفاع الأسعار. حالة صحة هبة هي قضية ملحة، ونبحث بشكل عاجل عن الدعم لتخفيف عبء عملها وضمان حصولها على المساعدة الضرورية.
