Help Save Athos

In February of 2023, Athos suffered a 4-minute and 30-second seizure. He was rushed to the closest emergency vet clinic nearby. Athos continued to have multiple seizures over the next few months: we started treatment for seizures but they all proved ineffective in satiating the frequency of his seizures. On June 29th of 2023, Athos was rushed to an emergency clinic with a Neurology Specialist to undergo an MRI after suffering three seizures within 24 hours. After stabilized, the findings were that Athos was tumor-free (in the brain) and able to return home. Upon returning home, his seizures began again closer in frequency. The doctors moved forward to fully diagnose him with epilepsy. However, on July 31st of 2023, Athos would experience another life-threatening cluster seizure and was rushed to the nearest emergency clinic in our area. Their findings would yield a suspected underlying tumor in another region of Athos's body. At this time, we are trying to do everything we can to save our baby's life. Our financials are severely depleted after the amount of such close calls that have risked Athos's life. We are unable to pay for the CT scan that is requested to confirm Athos's treatment plan, as well as the procedure to remove the suspected tumor. Athos is our world, and we are not ready to see him go so soon. Please help us save our baby.
