Help Save Aunt Karen & Uncle Jim's Home from Foreclosure
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you all today on behalf of my Aunt Karen and Uncle Jim Sanford who are very special to me. They are in a difficult situation and are in desperate need of our help to save their home from foreclosure.
Recently, their home has been facing foreclosure due to a miscalculation by the Mortgage Company. The payment more than doubled and they are on a fixed income. Uncle Jim has diligently made their mortgage payments, but their insurance and taxes unexpectedly were not calculated into their mortgage payment as it always had been in the past and suddenly was due all at once since the escrow hadn't accounted for the increase. The payment more than doubled which came totally unexpected to them and since my Uncle has had major health complications that have impacted his daily living and income it has put them in a very difficult place. They are trying to sell personal items to cover their bills but have fallen short of what they need to keep it from being foreclosed.
My Uncle Jim is 61 and my Aunt Karen is 65 years old. They have been married for 37 years and have lived in this home for 20 years . Jim has always been a hard, steady worker with a talent for his trade and a strong work ethic. When he became ill in 2022 and was diagnosed with Cancer called CLL Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Congestive Heart Failure, he had to stop working his full time job due to balance and mobility issues being a hazard on the job not to mention the side effects of the treatments. He is currently undergoing lifelong treatment for his condition.
My Aunt Karen has always had a passion for children and teaching and has dedicated many years to educating children. She taught for 14 years in Florida schools, 5 years at her church, and also spent several years as a substitute teacher. Unfortunately, Karen's health has taken a toll on her ability to stand and walk for long periods due to a childhood scoliosis condition that has worsened over time. As a result of the scoliosis, she had to have her spine fused and therefore has suffered from chronic back pain most of her life.
Karen and Jim invested years of dedication into procuring this home, triumphing over numerous obstacles to establish it as their lifelong haven that they share with their 7 beloved beagles, as they were never able to have children of their own. The house is filled with love and memories and losing it would be devastating for them.
I am asking for your support and generosity to help Aunt Karen and Uncle Jim in their time of need. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in their lives and provide them with the stability and security they deserve.
Let's come together as a community to support Aunt Karen and Uncle Jim Sanford and help them save their dream home. Your kindness and compassion will mean the world to them.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
Sincerely,
