Help save Brad's Bat & Balls

Donation protected
On Sunday, the 14th of April, Brad was rushed to Louis Constant Fleming Emergency Center after suffering a severe penal fracture (broken penis).
An ultrasound had revealed he had not only ruptured one of the corpus cavernosum's (muscles) but both, as well as the uretha! He'd regularly say, "If you're going to do something, do it properly to the best of your ability, or not at all".
Due to the severity of the injury, Brad needed surgery as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the hospital didn't have the facilities necessary. He was advised that he immediately needed an medivac flight by helicopter to Guadalupe and that without insurance, this alone was going to cost $7,000-$10,000.
Fortunately, Brad is one of those fun loving extroverted guys with a cheeky, yet respectful disposition that finds the positive or humour in any situation and as such, has many interesting friends. He phoned one that works with him in the yachting industry and also has his own light aircraft. Brad laughed when he told him he shouldn't have over inflated his girlfriend.
The pilot friend then immediately organised everything and they were on their way to a hospital in Guadalupe where a surgeon and anesthesiologist was waiting.
If left untreated, a severe penial fracture can lead to permanent erectile disfuction and the inability to use it to urinate. Which would mean he'd have to use a catheter for the rest of his life. However, at the time, Brad was unaware of this possible outcome.
At 9pm on the evening of the accident, Brad was sedated and the surgery began. He woke up at 5am to find he had been circumcised and two catheters coming out of his body. One out of his uretha and the other, just above his pelvic bone.
Due to not having any medical insurance, he was discharged at 9am WITHOUT any post operation debriefing, pain medication, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory or any explanation of how to use / care for his catheters!
And although the surgery was successful, there were some complications that have since had him in and out of hospital and a medical clinic back in Saint Martin.
Brad genuinely wants the best for everyone and regularly puts his own desires aside to help others in a time of need. And that's exactly what his pilot friend did for him without expecting anything in return.
After his return, Brad personally shared how he felt guilty for letting down his employer and friends due to not being able to meet his commitment or plans with them. He was also overwhelmed by the generosity expressed by his friend that flew him to Guadalupe and back at his own expense.
Brad told me he wishes he had the funds to properly express his gratitude or at least cover his friends costs and days off work to fly him around.
I think we can do one better and help Brad out with some of his medical costs as well.
