Help Save Briano's Italiano

Brian and I opened an Italian Pizza shop in 2021. Brian has been making pizza all of his life and it was his dream to have his own shop which we finally did. Recently Brian broke his right elbow and is in need of surgery. He is so dedicated to his restaurant that he is still making pizza. Once he gets his surgery he wont be able to make pizza. We have been trying to find a pizza person for the weekends but either they want more money than we can afford right now or they cant work weekends. Brian will be devastated if we lose what we built in these last 2 and a half years. We are fighters and doing all we can do. Please if you can send some help our way to keep Briano's Italiano alive.
