Help Save Carlitos Diner in Huntington Beach

A message from my friend and amazing cook/restaurateur Carlos:

I'm Carlos Silva from Carlitos Diner. We have been putting our heart and soul into every meal we've provided to the Huntington Beach community for 12 years. After expanding to a second Fountain Valley location, we have sadly fallen on some tough times. Business has slowed and family medical troubles have led to my father being unable to work and me taking ownership of the business. In this process, we have fallen behind on some vital payments and are at risk of closing our doors for good. This business is not only the livelihood for my family and me, but for all of the amazing workers who have made this venture a success for the past 12 years. I have the privilege to get to live and cook in Huntington Beach and nothing's going to stop us from continuing.

I am asking you, my fellow Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley community, to please help us get through this tough time so we can continue to make homemade Mexican and American food fresh for you EVERY day.
