HELP SAVE CASA RODRIGUEZ!

Hi my name is Jessica Rodriguez my husband rommel Rodriguez and I have been serving the Jackson community for 10 years now. We serve authentic Mexican quisine that has became a favorite amongst the Jackson community. A huge thank you to all of our regulars that have supported us since day 1 without you guys we are nothing thank you for everything. Due to a family illness my husband has been in Mexico since April 2017. He had originally opened the restaurant to make sure our children had a better life than what was available for him and me growing up. I continued to do my best to keep now our dream alive . I have struggled yes but for the most part been great I achieved our liquor lisense in February of 2020 things were wonderful. On March 3rd 2020 I gave birth to our 1 and only child together I have 2 others 14 and 11 and he has 3 others 16 15 and 11 . 3 days after leaving the hospital the world shut down. I maintained I followed the rules I closed when I had to opened when possible even for togos only . Covid was devastating for everyone. I did my best to keep the restaurant open and safe my family safe my newborn baby safe while juggling health problems a long distance relationship personal problems. I kept going business is yet to be the same I have unfortunately been hanging on by a string for the last year and a half applied for all the grant programs that were available I was able to achieve some small funding that has been whats kept me open until today . Unfortunately no more grants are available at the moment. I love what I do I love cooking it has been a passion of mine for a very long time I love the hopes and the dreams and the goals my husband and I set. And I am very proud of how far I have came. I still have the passion for cooking in my soul and I am far from the end of the road I pray! The pandemic has affected everyone differently unfortunately economically its been rough. Now I am against the sword and the wall and asking for any kind of help our casa family can offer anything would be so much very appreciated. I am embarrassed to ask but this is the very LAST Resort.please help save everyone's favorite Mexican restaurant from yet another business closing due to covid please Jackson I would not be asking unless absolutely nessasary. And thank you in advance for absolutely anything you are able to donate !
