Help Save Chef Terrell

Hello everyone,

My community, Rockdale County in Conyers, Georgia of Greater Atlanta, knows me as "Chef Terrell". I'm the food truck owner of Gullah Fish and Shrimp.

As a food truck Owner, I have been a part of many fundraising events for various good causes. I never imagined that I would one day need to start a fund raiser to help save my very own life.

A recent routine annual physical resulted in my diagnosis of prostate cancer (please see the attached medical document showing my tumors). Even more shocking, my health insurance will not cover my treatment (please see the attached medical document showing the cost breakdown, follow-up visits and travel not included).

The bright side is that this treatment can kill my cancer cells at the present stage. The downside is that if I don't get the treatment soon enough, my cancer can become very aggressive and dangerous, and I will no longer be suitable for this treatment.

I sincerely thank everyone in advance for helping me to fight and giving me a chance to win against prostate cancer. And my victory pledge in advance is to pay it forward by helping others to fight against all forms of cancer.
