HELP SAVE CUPCAKES LIFE

Hi there

I'm doing this fundraiser for my sister, she has a German shepherd named cupcake ( cece) who has had numerous life threatening medical issues. My sister has already put Cece through a few surgeries that have already costed her over 8,000. Cece still needs one more surgery which is the big one that is critical as it is life or death with not getting this surgery and it's 15,000. She was diagnosed with Megaesophagus and Praa persistent right aortic arch to her heart which stops her from growing or eating properly

Cupcake was gotten to be a service dog for my two nephews who have spina bifida and are both in wheel chairs , the boys are quite devastated over all this with their dog and are really hoping they can save her
