Dear friends and compassionate hearts,

We are believing in a miracle to save a little girl's life.

I’m urgently reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friends at 'Love Them All' and Elina, a courageous 2-year-old from Iraqi Kurdistan and a refugee.

She's facing a heart condition that would challenge even the strongest among us – a large hole in her heart and a narrow valve, making each heartbeat a battle.

My dear friends from Love Them All, have been walking this journey with this precious girl for since she was 4 months old and have already got the first heart procedure she required in Italy in January 2023, ( read more about her past recovery by clicking here. Now, she faces another critical step, with her requiring the next operation in Italy to secure her future.

Born into a region where paediatric cardiac surgery is a scarce luxury, Elina's journey has been one of extraordinary resilience. For the first 20 months of her life, her oxygen levels struggled in the 50-70% range, and her tiny heart pumped tirelessly against the odds. She was born with a single ventricle, experiencing a daily reality of semi-oxygenated blood, hindering her every move and milestone.

The team has secured finances for the flights, but there's a pressing need for $20,000 USD to cover the essential procedure. Traveling in faith, they embark on this journey next week December 11th. I'm hoping that hearts like yours will come together to ensure Elina's heart keeps beating.

Love Them All, is an organisation committed to saving children's lives through medical interventions in Iraq. I’m personally friends with the founders and team, in which I deeply admire and highly respect. The funds will go to them to facilitate the medical treatment as they travel with Elina as her guardians for the operation.
