Help Save Fluffy: Urgent Medical Care Needed

The cat distribution system needs to stop. This guy, nicknamed Fluffy, has been visiting the feeding station more and more often. Broke up a fight 2 doors down between him and the black tomcat I feed and need to TNR not too long ago.

He hissed at me this morning. Then meowed. Then sniffed my hand before shoving his face into it and then rubbing against my legs and purring.

He has wounds on both front legs and what feels like 100s of scabs over his thin frame, thin and missing fur...

And I know he will be expensive, and I just don't have it after all the medical and upkeep expenses of this herd of mine.
