Help with Emergency Vet Bill Fund

Hi, we are Diana and Tristin Livingston. Our dog Gertie has been sick for a little while and we are currently trying to help her get better. Right now, we are looking at her needing emergency abdominal surgery. Anything that anyone can donate will go towards her vet bills and saving her life. We greatly appreciate you all and Gertie does too.

May 21 Update: Gertie did in fact go into surgery and went through quite an ordeal. The vet said we were lucky that we didn’t lose her because of how damage her intestinal tract was. We are extremely grateful to have our girl, however she will be with the hospital all the way until next week. The bill has increased exponentially due to the severity of the situation and the long recovery she has ahead of her. Our girl is a fighter and we can’t wait to have her home again.

May 23: Unfortunately our Gertie girl did not make it. Her recovery became incredibly difficult, she was having seizures, had fluid build up in her stomach, and could no longer breathe on her own. We had to make the decision to say goodbye. It was one of the hardest decisions we ever had to make, but our girl is no longer in pain. We miss her dearly and wish she was back home with us. All funds received will go towards her vet bills that have continued to accumulate while the doctors performed life-saving measures.
