Support Gunslinger Gulch in Their Time of Need

Hello everyone! Gunslinger Gulch needs your help to save our property.

We bought this property in 2019 on a 5 yr contract for deed with balloon payment due. For the last 12 months plus I have been exhausting every possibility to refinance this property and have hit dead end after dead end.

We have asked several times for an extension and were denied. Contract holder prepared to take property back and we lose everything.

Apparently the property is unable to be "classified" and put into one of the neat little boxes lenders need it to fit in..... Property too big for single family....doesn't qualify. Too much value placed on building to land ratio for rural/farm/Ag...doesn't qualify. Owner occupied commercial...doesn't qualify. Went thru the SBA paperwork nightmare and still couldn't get help

For 5 years we overcame many challenges throughout our journey....things no one could've expected....Covid being the biggest literally right after we purchased, which we all know the impact that had on everything. We barreled through and recovered and had some amazing accomplishments: filming-several movies, tv shows 1923 and Ghost Town Terror, murder mystery events, music festival and of course our guests!

However, as many of you know, we had a TV show that didn't go as planned. Although a great experience...the narrative of final product was not what we expected. I mean demons are great for TV ratings...but certainly not for business and it put us in a serious situation. The loss we incurred was severe and did not help our case with refinancing.

We have 30 days to raise a significant amount of funds to save our home, our business, everything. As I mentioned....I have exhausted all possibilities through banks, mortgage lenders, SBA you name it. Private funding is the only way we will make this happen.

It's a huge goal, but I am not giving up yet!
