Help Save John's Home from Foreclosure

My son, John Bolenbaugh, is a decorated Veteran with a Bronze Star,

a loving father, and a selfless individual who has always put others before himself.

IF MY SON DOESN'T PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OWED BY CHRISTMAS. THEY TAKE THE HOUSE IN FORECLOSURE.

He recently went through a divorce, where he was granted primary custody of his children and the family home, in return he took on all the family credit card debt and left his ex-wife with all saving, retirments and any valuables worth money. My son doesn't care about wealth. He just wants to raise his daughters with love, in the family home they have grown up in with a great school district.

My son is deeply committed to his children—ensuring they have no unexcused absences, taking them to violin, gymnastic and wrestling practices, and supporting their education. Despite intense pain from severe gout, he manages all the cooking, housework, and yard upkeep to provide his kids a stable and nurturing home. His doctor describes his gout as the worst case he’s seen, affecting nearly every joint.

In 2022 my son had Zoey. She was born with meningitis and Johnny sat by her bed side and slept in a hospital chair for almost 2 months straight. Never leaving her side. That was another huge drain on finances.

In 2023, while helping an elderly neighbor, a tree fell on John’s back, causing a sever double leg fracture and severe back pain. (Thank God it didnt brake his back as well) With lady having no homeowners insurance coverage, his medical bills piled up, forcing him out of work for nearly a year as he recovered. He is also managing stage 3 kidney disease, likely linked to years of exposure while investigating a major chemical spill in his community—a volunteer effort he undertook to protect others.

My son is now five months behind on his mortgage, and foreclosure looms soon. He has resumed work but needs immediate help to catch up before it's to late. Losing the home would be devastating, making future home ownership out of reach with current high interest rates, and local rent prices match his current mortgage payment. Also Veterans only get one chance at a Veteran home loan.

Tree fell on his back and broke his leg. My son says God helped him get the tree off his back.

It was very bad and it took him almost a year to recover and walk properly.

My son really cares about others more than himself. He has proved that for decades.

As a result of the severe gout, he can barely walk sometimes, but he fights through the pain to get the kids ready for school and on and off the bus. My youngest grandbaby is almost 2, and as we all know, she loves to run around. But my son is almost in tears from the pain as he chases her when needed. He is on new VA-prescribed medication that has helped him walk better and clear up the non-stop horrible gout flare-ups.

Mortgage company wants him caught up or they are filing for foreclosure January 1st. Please help him catch up and get back on track.

P.S. He also has had issues with his car not working and needs to take it in to get fixed properly or get a better used car. But saving the home is 10x more important right now.
