Help Save JunHong's Kung Fu Club

Beloved Seattle small business JunHong's Kung Fu Club has been helping provide support and community to youth and adults alike for over a decade.
South Seattle native and World Championships USA team coach Jeffrey Chon founded the school in 2009 with the goal of teaching leadership and self-defense programs to all ages while still keeping classes accessible for South Seattle families. In addition to training two world champions at his school, Chon and his school remain active in and contribute to the local Seattle Asian American community.
JunHong's Kung Fu Club's after-school program offers a safe space for youth to grow, learn and connect while also learning invaluable skills. Their adult courses preserve traditional Shaolin kung fu and aim to empower athletes.
Due to the financial stress of the pandemic, this Seattle refuge is in danger of closing. While Chon has always aimed to keep prices for students affordable and offer accessible services to his community, this is no longer feasible with the great loss in profit suffered during the course of the pandemic. If he cannot pay off the debts incurred during this time, he will sadly be forced to close and will no longer be able to provide this wonderful service to Seattle families and athletes. Please help by donating what you can to keep the business running strong for many years to come!
