Help Tony and Martin with Lois vet bill.

A note from Anthony and Martin:

Dear Friends and Family,

Martin and I thank each and everyone of you for donating money and sharing good thoughts and prayers for our first girl, our Lois.

Lois had quite a week in mid February and was in the hospital for 5 days .

After imagining, tests, more tests and 4 days in an O2 chamber it was determined she had developed pulmonary fibrosis and she could not oxygenate her body as her lungs were terribly scared.

After talking with two separate doctors, a plan was developed to keep her around us a bit longer and in moderately good .

She has slowed down and is on 3 medications daily- but she is here.

All this could not have come at a worse time financially for Martin and I.

I thank my two best of friends Kelly Morrison and Julie Geremia for starting this funding via Go Fund Me and each of you that contributed.

It’s slow and steady for Miss Lois and we are enjoying every possible minute with her. She is so incredibly special and now knows just how loved she is by so many.

Lois was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis and endured a 3 day stay in a specialized veterinary hospital and will require follow ups and additional medication for the remainder of her life here with us.

The specialist and facility charges are very expensive and the foreseeable future with follow ups and procedures will only add to the over $7000 in expenses thus far.

We can expect her to do well and live out her life with us and our two other dogs Rosie and Luna in comfort with extra attention, medical oversight and lots of love.
