Help Save Lulu From Paralysis

Lulu is our beloved 5 year old rescue dog. She loves to play ball and play with her numerous toys, do zoomies around the house, go for walks, and go swimming in the creek. She has gotten us through so many hard times, and she has given us so many laughs.
About a week and a half ago, we noticed that she was acting lethargic, and didn't want to move around much or jump on and off of the bed. We figured it was just a doggy cold, but when she didn't get better, we took her to the vet, just in case. They put her on antibiotics, but two days later, she was worse, not better. She had also begun walking a little bit oddly. We took her back to the vet and they did x-rays, but nothing seemed to be wrong. They gave us some pain medication in hopes that that would help.
At this point, she began to be very wobbly when she walked and was falling over sometimes, but this was a common side effect of the pain medication. However, she still did not improve and she was not able to relieve herself, which was a big concern, so we took her back to the vet once again. They were baffled and sent us to a neurologist.
The neurologist suspects a herniated disc, but in order to get all of the diagnostics done that are necessary to rule out other conditions and make sure she is fit for surgery, they quoted us a cost of $4799.75. If it is a herniated disc, she will need surgery that will be at least $3000 more, and we have already spent almost $1000 on her vet bills thus far. The reality is that we don't have the money to get her the help she needs.
If Lulu does not get this surgery within the next several days, she will be permanently paralyzed. Currently, she has progressed to the point that she is dragging her back legs and is unable to stand up or go to the bathroom by herself.
The idea of Lulu never being able to run around the house doing crazy circles again is absolutely heartwrenching. Any little bit that you can donate would help tremendously. If you can't donate, please share! Thank you so much for your help.
