Help Save Meatball: Urgent Medical Care Needed

Hi so a family cat, meatball has had a tragic accident and was attacked by a bobcat. We took him to an emergency vet where we signed on for 12 hrs of care already costing 3k and he needs more medical attention. Unfortunately we're scraping together what we can but really need help with the costs to save him. I'm sparing graphic images. But he has an eye that won't open due to a brain injury, his neck was biten and has deep lacerations that will need stitches and medication. But most importantly he's going to need the neurological damaged fixed first (our main priority), they think it's a skull fracture due to said attack. This is a dearly loved cat in the family.
