Help save Motaz family to evacuate out of Gaza

INTRODUCING US

I Motaz , a Palestinian from Gaza , I live in Belgium. My sisters Fatma and Samah is with the family in Gaza. We decided to create a campaign because of the emergency conditions our family is suffering from due to the war, which is very harsh and painful.

Our story

Our story is not an ordinary story, it was written with tears and pain because we are sad to say that we lost everything we had.

When we were asked to evacuate, we left the house carrying only a few clothes in a small bag

During this difficult time since October 7, my family has witnessed more than one evacuation. The bombing destroyed our house and my brother die and my father and mother injured They have been evacuated several times and moved to several places

They faced more challenges when they went to safe areas and they were not safe but more difficult and very dangerous

One time, they moved to my my paternal aunt’s house and thought it was safe, but the occupation completely destroyed my my paternal aunt’s house, and those who survived survived, some were injured.

There is no safety anywhere, which forced my family to flee, feeling fear and anxiety, and then they moved from tent to tent, which lacks all life services, medical supplies, food, water, warmth, safety, and even communication. It is difficult to communicate with my family except by communicating slightly internationally

I want my family to survive death and so that I can help them. Every one of them needs 13 thousand dollars in fees to get out of Gaza after they lost every thing they need help to start life again .

In my name and family name, thank you to everyone who looks at us humanity and sees us as people who deserve life like any other human being.

Campaign plan details

To my friends who are donors here, my friends have advised me to collect the amount in several stages, so we will start with an amount of up to 60,000 euros. The amount will be used to evacuate my family from Gaza to Egypt, where the cost per person is $8,000 per person. The remainder of this amount is for daily expenses in Gaza. Life has become very expensive, and my mother and father need treatment and special care because of their injuries as a result of the bombing of our house, and the transportation expenses from Deir al-Balah to the Rafah crossing cost a lot. The expenses inside the Egyptian crossing cost one person $300. The first trip to achieve the aforementioned goal is safe evacuation.

We feel responsible towards our family, especially since my mother is sick and needs comfort, safety, and medical care. Therefore, we want to evacuate the family and take them to a safe area,and the evacuation process requires a lot of money.

As well as transportation fees and departure permits to the Egyptian border, and I need housing and food requirements during the period of temporary residence in Egypt, including house rents, furniture, living costs, and covering transaction fees. Gofundme processing fee ($2.9% + $0.30) for each donation helped me contribute to a safe and hopeful future for them in Egypt.

I need every donation, even 5 euros from every person, that might make a difference in my life and the life of my family
