Dear Friends,

My family is in a desperate situation, and I’m reaching out for help to save my father. My 68-year-old father, who has suffered from a stroke for the past 15 years, was diagnosed with advanced AIDS and stage 4 cancer just a week ago. His condition is critical, and doctors have said he may have only a month to live.

In Tamil Nadu, hospitals are overwhelmed with patients, and the local hospital in my hometown is only providing general immunity-boosting medicines, not the life-saving antiretroviral therapy (ART) he urgently needs for AIDS or any targeted cancer treatments. Despite his advanced condition, we believe there is still hope if he can access the latest HIV and cancer medicines.

We are ready to purchase Spegra (Bictegravir + Emtricitabine + Tenofovir Alafenamide) ourselves, but we do not know if it can still be given safely at this stage. Unfortunately, we do not have access to doctors guiding us, nor do we have family members or supporters who can help us navigate these difficult decisions.

We Urgently Need:

Medical advice on whether Spegra or similar ART medicines can be started in his current condition.
Access to Lenacapavir or other innovative treatments for HIV/AIDS.
Guidance or connections for targeted cancer therapy or clinical trials.
Information about facilities that can take full responsibility for his care, as my mother is also sick and overwhelmed by the burden of caregiving.

Why This Is Critical:

Without ART, his HIV/AIDS is advancing rapidly, and infections are taking over his weakened body.
Cancer treatment cannot even begin unless his immune system is stabilized.
We are a small family with no external support, and we are completely overwhelmed.
