Help Save My Girlfriend’s Dogs Fritz and Daisy

My girlfriend’s dogs were both attacked today by a lot bigger dog that was off their leash while she was out giving them a walk and i was at work . They were both severely injured and and rushed to the Veterinarian Hospital. Fritz has a fractured shoulder and his lip is torn to his lower jaw. Daisy has puncture wounds on her chest, neck, and throat. They are both going to need surgery.  Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.

We’re currently in the processes of trying to find the owners of the dog. They were present during the attack but the puppies were rushed to the emergency room and when we got home they didn’t leave any contact information for us to try and rectify this.
