Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
Our dear son, brother & uncle Okemena Sule, is fighting for his life after a devastating motorbike accident in Thailand which has left him a coma since. He has suffered severe head trauma and underwent emergency brain surgery, during which part of his skull was removed after a horrific motorcycle accident. Doctors now need to replace it with a titanium implant, but the procedure has yet to be done and medical bills are mounting.
With it only being 8days (10/02/25) Okemena has been hospitalised and in a coma, the current hospital bill is already at 2.6 million Baht (~£62,000 GBP), with costs rising daily. Without immediate funding and no travel insurance in place, we cannot continue to pay for the ICU care or the critical surgery that Okemena needs to survive.
The Challenges We Face
• Unimaginable Medical Costs: The bills are overwhelming, and payments are required daily to keep him in intensive care.
• Legal and Logistical Hurdles: His passport is missing, and we are working with local authorities and locals to help locate this.
Despite these challenges, we are doing everything we can to fight for his life, but we cannot do it alone.
