Help save our beloved pup Panda

Help me save my dog. This is panda and he is a 3 year old chihuahua/rat terrier. On January 22, 2022, Panda was diagnosed with a very serious spinal injury that will require surgery or he will loose function in all his extremities. As of this posting, his hind legs have already started giving out, which makes his quality of life very difficult. Please help us save our beloved Panda as his spinal surgery and recovery will be very expensive. Thank you in advance for any help you can give us in trying to save Panda pup.
