Help Save Rosalie’s Quality of Life

Hello, my name is Madison and I’m the proud mommy of my 3 year old German Shepherd, Rosalie. Rose was just recently diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia. Her X-rays show severe osteoarthritis in both hips and her femoral heads are completely flat instead of round. This is due to the bone grinding on bone. The vet told me they are amazed she still has the ability to walk. I have had Rose since she was a 6 week old puppy. She is the happiest girl you’ll ever meet. She loves playing with her doggy sisters, Bella and Ember. She might be a German Shepherd, but I’ve always said she is the most useless guard dog ever. She loves people, especially babies, and she is scared of paper towel roles. I am here trying to get help with her surgery. A single hip replacement costs upwards of $10,000 and she unfortunately needs both replaced. Because of her young age and lack of any other health problems, she is a prime candidate for surgery. Without the surgery, she will continue into a life of pain until eventually, she will be completely immobilized to the point she won’t be able to play, run, or even get up and walk. This is not the kind of life I want for her, as she is like my child. If anyone can find it in their hearts to help me, I would be eternally grateful.
Thank you so much,
Rosie Posie girl and her mama.
