Help save Shorty

Hi my name is Sian and Iam a single mum and the owner of a 2 year old Dashound called Shorty, who I rescued after he was found dumped in a hedge at just 11 weeks old.

Sadly Shorty became very unwell over the weekend and is currently in the vets and they have confirmed he has a blockage and they need to operate, which is going to cost £3000, sadly money I dont have. He is only 2 years old and is normally a lively, playful character. I would never normally do something like this but really don't want to go down the alternative route. I know times are hard for everyone but any help would be great fully appreciated.
