Help save Shorty's home

It shreds me to have to ask for help and sadly my story will probably have parts to familiar to too many but I have never given up and won't start now. Even if I have to humble myself and ask for help.
I survived a childhood of abuse. In my twenties I was diagnosed with two to debilitating illnesses that nearly took my life but I survived. They still challenge me daily but I push forward. Another relapse in 2015 after losing my family dogs had my body shutting down but once again I pushed through except this time I unfortunately was left unable to work full time but it did afford me the time to look after my ailing father.
After a year of care it became apparent he needed more than I could give and he was moved into a home though I still checked in and helped him daily.

Another blow came when the house I lived in was going into foreclosure and I'd have to relocate. Not able to start over I turned to family as my parents had a property they weren't using. I was told if I could find a camper I could stay there as long as necessary as long as I paid the taxes.
While on the property I faced many challenges without running water or electricity then the county insisted on owners hooking to city water or be fined, I gotta admit it was like heaven having running water again.
I did most of the work myself to keep the cost down. I cleared and cleaned making it home for myself and my dog's, I planted fruit trees, flowers, and vegetables.. it's become home. Another blow came at the end of 2020 when father passed away.
The property automatically went to my Mom. When I inquired about staying and buying the property I was told she would have to think about it.
Long story short she had already signed it over to my sister and her husband they have informed me they want $50,000 for the property or I have two months to vacate I'm not physically or financially able to start over but refuse to give up without a fight for my home and my dogs.
So it is with a humble heart I pray for assistance and thank you with sincerity from the bottom of my heart.

I've been keeping an eye out for another place to move and I've come across a few that are a whole lot smaller and will need a well and septic tank put in place. 
It means starting all over again and paying for both to be installed along with the impact fees. With calculations for the property septic and well it's going to cost about $20,000 plus moving costs and possibly equipment rental to clear an area onto the property and a spot for my camper.
