Help Save Sir Todd Logey Logan

Todd is a 9-year-old miniature dachshund who is much more than just a pet. He's a best friend, a loyal protector and a saviour. He's been my cuddle pup, chaotic canine, and fierce friend. He's also been my therapy dog from the get-go! Jumping into action to stop and control panic attacks, redirect focus from negative thoughts and intervening in 4 very specific suicidal moments. He was a perfectly healthy puppa his whole life, until mere months ago. With no clear cause or catalyst, his health has taken a turn downhill. We have found issues with an enlarged spleen, enlarged liver, G.I. and urinary issues. He's also developed calcification in the spine, complications with hips, shoulders, dental, and lumps and bumps, and pain. He's in a lot of pain. In the past 12 months, we've found ourselves curb-side at the vet dozens of times. Appointments, testing and treatments have taken a serious financial toll, especially when Covid-19 cost me my job in March 2020. There will be more testing to come, with more treatments and medications on the way. To date, there has been over $7000 in Vet bills. Todd needs your help to get the appropriate testing and proper treatments to bring him back to his old self and return him to good health. He needs specialized care from both a Neurologist and Internal Medicine Specialist. These specialists are incredibly costly and far beyond our reach.
