Sweety's tail surgery is Sept 12 Monday

Hi my poor Sweety needs her tail amputated due to an infection. I hate to ask for help but I am in desperate need. Time is of the essence so her infection doesn't spread any more or before she gets sepsis. Please whatever you can spare is greatly appreciated. She's 4 years old. She's a great big lap dog.
