Hi guys Matt from The Butcher Shop Carlisle.

your probably thinking this is a scam.

I assure you unfortunately it is not the case.

I started this shop at the end of October 2023 souly by myself in a community I’ve been part of for more than 10 years.

The community I have around me and the shop is amazing. We built something from the ground up and it’s been an absolute honour to be part of this journey.

in march of last year my father unexpectedly passed away and left a hole in myself and the shop. This led to a few set backs and I have been playing catch up ever since.

It has gotten to a point if I don’t speak up now and seek help The Butcher shop Carlisle will be no longer.

The target is not a small number. This funding will go towards the shops current debt, fund more stock, advertising and to seek advice from a business advisor. This would also secure me to Butcher for the community at least until my lease is up at the end of 2027.

I have gone through all avenues in reguards to selling assets and trying the banks. But no luck as of yet.

I ask if you do donate please don’t post anonymous as I plan on starting from the top and paying every cent back when the business is back on top.

I thank you all for letting me be apart of this community and I’ll never forget the journey we started.
