 My name is Brian Acosta Arya and I've been part owner and manager of The Lincoln Tunnel Motel for over a decade. You may have heard of this property on social media (if not, ask the young people in your family) and if that's the case, thanks for keeping tabs. You may also already be familiar with my penchant for storytelling and raising awareness.

well, do I have a story for you:

The Lincoln Tunnel Motel, famous not only for its affordability but for its history in the Hudson County region of New Jersey, needs your help to raise funds for its first-ever renovation. Almost 60 years has passed since the LTM's construction and due to changing state & town coding laws, the time to renovate is now! With proper renovation and upkeep, I want to ensure that the service we provide our community lasts for another 60 years. Your assistance in this drive is valuable and it stretches beyond a monetary donation. Simply sharing this link and any piece of "motel content" you might come across in 2023 would be most appreciated.

funding breakdown <-- being that this is our first renovation ever as a 41 Room Economy motel, we will be leaning on guides like this from the last few years but also following the aforementioned state coding laws which are requiring us to not only refurbish the inside of our motel but also areas in need of repair (ex: our grounds and parking lot).
