Help save these young boys father

Hello everyone, my name is Michael Mesplay. Above is my wonderful family who is now in urgent need of funding so that I can go to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. I will have to leave to go there asap. I have over 15 tumors throughout my body and have an unknown reason for high hypertension, pre-cancer of the esophagus, HBP, and breathing problems that has hospitalized me twice. I've seen many specialists and Insurance wouldn't cover Genetic testing which cost $10,000 up front. None of the doctors have an answer and was referred to go to Minnesota. "Mayo should come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan, they are the best." Then I can be treated upon return to St. louis. I was once a crew leader for carpentry and now unable to work for 2 months and rapidly losing body mass and am in pain everyday. My fiancé is unable to work on account of having to take care of me, take me to weekly appointments and kids to school at two separate times of the day. I can't drive myself on account of an "episode occurring." We went from doing okay to immediate need of help. The money raised will be used to get us to and from Minnesota and staying in a hotel for 2 weeks. Also funds will be MAINLY used for: -testing including genetics -surgeries -medical bills -treatments in home state -housing bills -insurance -co-pays.
