Help Save This Historic Church

This is a historic church that was a very important part of the history of Florida during the turpentine conflict and one of our first casualties during WW1 is buried at the old site. The owner does not have time to restore the property and is considering tearing it down to use the wood to build his barn if he cannot sell.

I am reaching out for help during these troubled times because this forgotten building is in danger of being erased from history. The community deserves to remember what this old building means and I wish to restore the property to be entered into the historical society, forever protecting it from extinction.

Preserving our history often falls upon deaf ears but we must try to remember the places near and dear to our ancenstor's hearts. I am on the way to obtaining the property as I type this and would deeply appreciate any help. It will be a lot of work but I am willing to put in the time to give back to this wonderful community.
