Help Save Tori Ramen

I'm going to keep this short and simple. When I bought an old train car in 2019, it came with a stipulation called a balloon payment 5 years later.

A quick backtrack to 2019: I had a vision for success and there was no way I could fail. Some things are out of our control however, and COVID took the rug out. Since then, all restaurants have struggled. I've made it out each moment where I thought the next week, or week after could be the last. This time it's for real. I have until late September to make my final payment or Tori goes under and I must vacate my building.

I must be clear that using this platform was the absolute last move I wanted to make, and it's still hard to draft this story. All I have ever really wanted to do was make great food and serve it. Rinse & repeat. Though it isn't nearly that simple, its what you have allowed me to do since 2016 and I want to keep doing that. This time I cannot provide that food in return, and I need your help to keep this gem in Saint Paul shining.

Funds: The funds are to the dollar amount of what I need to finish paying off the building to finally own it. It is the first property I have ever tried to purchase.
