Help Save Ziggy: Urgent Care for Polycythemia

Dear Friends, Family, and Fellow Animal Lovers,

I'm reaching out with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My sweet baby girl, Ziggy, has recently experienced some major health problems, starting with a sudden seizure on August 2nd. Subsequent lab work has determined that she has a condition called Polycythemia. This is a rare and serious condition that requires immediate and extensive medial attention. It causes an abnormal increase in red blood cells, leading to severe complications if left untreated.

Ziggy has undergone several tests, and needs many more. We have only just begun the journey to stabilize her condition. Unfortunately, the road ahead is long and requires ongoing tests, therapies, and specialized treatments that are crucial to saving her life.

As you can imagine, the cost of this care is overwhelming. The vet has estimated that Ziggy will need approximately $3,000 in additional treatments to give her the best chance at a healthy and happy life.
