Help say our last goodbyes to William "Neil"

Dear friends & family,

It is with heavy hearts that I reach out to you in this time of unimaginable loss and need. On July 27, 2024, William “Neil” was having some sudden extreme back pain. As his wife Dawn was rushing him to the hospital to seek medical attention, he suddenly began to lose consciousness. She pulled over, called 9-1-1, and began administering CPR. As the emergency response teams were arriving on scene, they began trying to resuscitate him, but he had suffered a massive heart attack.

We are all absolutely devastated by Neil's loss, and during this difficult time, we are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of cremation and memorial service as he didn't have health insurance or a life insurance policy. His wife is currently working with David C Brown Funeral Home in Belleville.

Our family wanted to set up a fundraiser to help cover the cost of his cremation along with his memorial service for our last goodbyes. The funeral home services & cremation services are $4,500 and the memorial service will be $1,500. We need to raise $6,000 by August 10th to cover the cost of his cremation and memorial service.
