Help Saylor through her journey with PRS

Hi, our names are Devin and Ashley. We are the parents to a beautiful baby girl named Saylor Rae. Saylor was born on November 18th with a rare condition that we were unaware of prior. The condition she has is called Pierre Robin Sequence, which is a rare disorder that affects the growth of the lower jaw during development. This issue results in her tongue being further back in her airway which makes it difficult for her to breathe as well as caused her soft palate to form improperly and left her with a large U shaped cleft palate. She fought hard for the first 5 days of her life as some these issues were over looked until finding a specialist which confirmed her disorder. Saylor, is on the more extreme side of this disorder and has now been admitted to the NICU where she will be for the better part of the next 60-90+ days of her young life. She will require multiple surgeries over this period of time to correct her jaw in order to secure her airway as well as fixing her cleft palate at a later time. There are other concerns with this condition that could arise in the future but we are taking things one day at a time. We are making this account for those who have asked how they can contribute to help support Saylor and our family through this journey. We are currently driving back and forth to the hospital she is at almost everyday which is over an hour away and will have to stay local for the majority of time durning and after her surgeries. There of course will also be a considerable amount of medical expenses along the way and we really appreciate everything and anything anyone is willing to donate to help.
