Help Scarlet with Gender Affirming Surgery & Care.

Hi Friends! My name is Scarlet (She/Fae) I am a 27 y/o black trans femme and currently going thru the process of medically transitioning. I started this crowdfunding to cover the recovery time and legal costs needed to complete my goals.

I was lucky enough to have my insurance cover the cost of my Facial Feminization Surgery but unfortunately due to my financial situation I could not take off of work without risking falling behind on important bills and worsening my living situation. My surgery date for FFS was April 19th 2024 and thanks to you all I was able to recover without much burden to the necessary bills and rent I needed to cover.

I took some time off to recover mentally and am now seeking bottom surgery. My consultation appointment is scheduled for February 2025 but no date for surgery is known yet. Recently, having a change in insurance companies and possibly needing to have my procedure done out-of-state I am seeking to raise $30,000 for surgery funds.

I am at a point in my life where medically transitioning is the best thing for my mental wellness and not something I can afford in that area to put off anymore. It is something I have wanted since I was a teen and it would be a dream to be able to achieve it. I have been at my happiest most authentic self since starting HRT and I need your help to get through this most difficult process.
