Help Scott Avoid Eviction

l'm very much in need of help out of this hole I am stuck in. For the past several months I have been diagnosed with and am suffering from a number of health issues which have severely affected my ability to maintain high standards of employment. As a result my frequent absences due to said illnesses resulted in me losing my job. I have been struggling to find another job, have launched an online business and have been selling my cherished model airplanes and trains to make ends meet. But it still hasn't been enough. I am several months behind on rent, utility bills, car payments, and have accrued over $120,000 in medical debt from hospital stays and medications to treat my illnesses. Property management where I live has begun the process of evicting me from my home. If I lose my home it will only become harder to find a job with a steady income and good health coverage to improve my health. I have a dog and two ferrets that would need to be rehomed, and a model railroad I have been working on for the past four years. I know this is a lot to ask, but I am in a really tough spot right now and could use any help you can give me.
