Help Scott get pfo closure to reduce the chance of a stroke

Hi everyone, my name's Courteney I am Scott’s partner , and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help. We’re trying to raise funds for Scott to undergo a PFO closure, a crucial step to prevent the risk of stroke.This procedure is £20,000 something of which we can’t afford .

Today, during our visit to Bristol for an echodot ,we received some devastating news: Scott's hole in his heart is significantly larger than we ever anticipated. This means that the risk of a stroke is much higher, and it feels like we’re living in a constant state of worry. Scott has been advised to stay as active as possible, but he has to wear compression socks whenever he’s sitting down or driving to prevent blood clots.

This situation has turned our lives upside down, bringing with it stress, tears, job loss, and an overwhelming sense of fear. It’s heartbreaking to see someone so full of life and love being forced to give up a career he cherished, all because of this health issue. Scott is not just my partner; he’s a devoted father to our two beautiful girls. The thought of anything happening to him is unbearable.

With a family history of strokes and heart attacks, Scott is at an even greater risk. We know that this procedure is the key to restoring his health and giving him a chance to live a normal life again. The road to recovery will take about three months, and during that time, we want him to focus on healing, not on financial stress.

we’re asking for £20,000 to help us pay for Scott’s pfo closure and to help Scott financially for his recovery period . This money will be transferred over to Scott who will then transfer it over to his private cardiologist dr mark turner. This procedure will be done in Bristol so there will be a lot of travel expenses . We are our self saving as much money as possible to add on to any other money donated .
