Help Scott Giordano Reunite with His Son Miles

My name is Scott Giordano. I have not seen my son, Miles Anthony Giordano, for a full month now due to his mother not letting me have time with him. She kept him from me for his birthday last year, this holiday season, and does not want me to have him for his upcoming birthday on the 3rd of January. His mom would not let me give him his Christmas presents this year and has ultimately decided that she does not want me seeing him at all.

It has always been hard to reach out for help, but I am asking for help with initial lawyer fees so I can get him for the weekends and holidays that his mother and I originally agreed on. If there is one thing I am good at in this life, it is being a father. I work for a pediatric home-care company where we help medically fragile children find nursing so that they can be home with their families. I did everything I could to move out of an unsafe area and get my son into a house where he is happy, safe, and healthy. He has his own room with a bed and a lot of space to play. He has a yard to play in and a park a block away from my house. Miles has so many great friends and family members who miss him very much. They have not been able to see him for the whole month of December and are in jeopardy of not seeing me or him for a long time.

My son is everything to me and I will do anything it takes to get time with him, even if it is on the weekends. Anyone who knows me understands that my social life is non-existent because Miles is my priority from Friday at 5 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m. This is the time his mother decided I get with him and though it is not enough, I cherish every moment I have with him. Fighting for time with Miles is something I never thought I would have to do because his mother has usually been very reasonable since she decided to move back in with her parents 2 and a half years ago. I have been left with the rent and other bills on my own since she decided to leave, and now she is trying to keep him from me permanently for no good reason. I am asking from the bottom of my heart for any help to get him back and see him for the little time I had with him. Miles and I have shared so many great memories together and I cannot picture my life without him in it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help with getting my son back.
