Help Scott in his fight to beat cancer.

Scott Huff is a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, coach and friend. His positive and kind soul radiates to all who know him. Truly to know Scott is to love him. He is the epitome of a family man extending far beyond just his family but to his friends, coworkers, team members and players. Scott loves his family and people fiercely, and as many know, family means everything to him. He is just an all-around great guy who is always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Now he is the one in need of help.
In early January, the Huff family had COVID. After getting over COVID, Scott continued to have “brain fog” to the point where he was brought to the ER. Following several scans, it was determined he had tumors in his brain and chest, which had metastasized from melanoma in 2017. Very unexpectedly, the diagnosis was stage 4 brain cancer. He has undergone a craniotomy to remove the largest of the tumors and will now undergo immunotherapy and radiation treatments to treat the other tumors. Scott will be traveling back and forth from Sloan Kettering in NYC to his home on Long Island.
While Scott continues to have a positive outlook, he needs our help. With the rigorous treatment schedule, he will be unable to work indefinitely. Teresa will be accompanying him to and from treatments and will continue to stay by his side to help him heal and fight this horrible battle. She will also be taking a leave from work to ensure he is receiving the best care possible. Scott’s focus should entirely be on fighting this battle and his recovery. Due to the loss of wages, he needs your support to help him concentrate on getting better.
Anything you can donate to help manage the financial burdens accompanying his battle fighting cancer is greatly appreciated. Let’s support Scott to ensure his recovery into remission. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
With much love and hope,
Scott’s Family
