Help Scottie Bone Graph,Bone Plasmas

Hi, my name is Scott Austin. I am a Sonoma County native, born and raised. I appreciate everyone taking time out of their day to read this. Over the last 20 years, I have struggled with addiction as well as alcoholism. While going through my addiction I did not care about anything other than getting loaded. While being out in the streets in active addiction I never took care of myself, especially my teeth. It all seems to be catching up with me now.

I am proud to say that I just celebrated my 21 months clean and sober off of drugs and alcohol. I can honestly say that I never in my life imagined myself making it past 24 hours. At 37 years old I am finally starting to realize how crucial it is to take care of my health. I went to the dentist several weeks ago and was immediately referred to a orthopedic surgeon to repair the wreckage. I caused while I was out there in the streets. I was told that I need all my teeth pulled (which medical will cover the extractions), however, they unfortunately will not cover the bone graph or the bone plasmas.

It has never been easy for me to ask for help. I am currently writing this because I am reaching out to all my friends and family. After all, I need help with the funds to cover the surgery to help cover the medical costs to help me get a new smile.
