Help Secondary Schools talk about Race
Donation protected
Hi All
I am a teacher of 10 years working in secondary schools all over London. With everything that has been going on in the USA and the UK, it has made me think about what we are doing for the next generation. More importantly how we educate them on matters of race and racism.
We know that education is the key, and knowledge is power. What is needed is a reform to the GCSE curriculum, but also giving our kids a better chance by giving them access to texts that look at race issues and how to understand them.
I've been inspired by a friend Scotty Emmons who has already started a similar project for Primary schools (link below).

I have collated a list of of books that any school library would be proud to have for all of there students.
The sample bundle of 21 books below total s £152.72.
At the moment my main name is to raise enough money to buy this bundle for my school. However i know the power of social media and my friends so who knows where it could go. These books are for all schools and all children.
Please help me make a change
I want to be the change that I want to see, making a difference in my surroundings.
