Help secure Ben's shop

Hello, my name is Marc Cinder.

Recently, our friend Ben Shwartz's comic book shop, Empire Comic Vault, was broken into. The individual smashed their way through the front door, doing massive damage, and also stealing property from the shop. As you can see in the photo, the back door was also kicked open, resulting in damage as well. The cost to repair all the damage, as well as re-cooping stolen merchandise is considerable. Insurance obviously will do its part, however there are additional hidden costs. A more secure storefront may also be needed.

As we know, small business continue to struggle after the past year. Ben has worked hard through these challenging times to maintain his business, and provide an outlet for the community. Putting books in the hands of all readers, young and old. I feel it is our turn to kick in, and as a community, support Empire Comic's Vault.

The goal of $3500.00 will go to offset the costs of repair, and hopefully work towards additional security measures. Security doors systems are in the thousands. Any contribution will help.
