I am reaching out for support during one of the most challenging times in my life. My journey has been filled with hardships and resilience, driven by a desire to create a safe and loving environment for my children. For privacy and safety, names and faces will remain hidden.

I became a mother to my first child as a teen. Seeking a better life and escaping an abusive family, I moved across the country with dreams of building a brighter future. A few years later, I thought I had found a supportive partner, but I soon realized his behavior had shifted to control, leaving me feeling isolated and scared.

In search of connection, I launched a grassroots initiative to support marginalized individuals, which brought me community support. My partner left after I established a community, and I used my savings to open a shop to continue to uplift myself and others.

However, my journey took a turn when I fell seriously ill, likely due to accumulated stress. Despite this, I opened my shop, only for the business to face ongoing anonymous threats that forced me to close after months of harassment.

During this time, I discovered concerning messages between my ex-partner and my oldest child, prompting me to seek professional help. Unfortunately, my ex filed a custody case against me before I could gather sufficient evidence, making serious allegations and using his resources to attain legal advantage.

Currently, I face significant financial strain. My youngest daughter has special needs, making childcare difficult while I work. I am struggling to afford an attorney crucial for protecting my rights and my children.

I am asking for your help to the cover legal fees in this fight for safety and justice. Your support will help me secure the representation I need and find a safe new home, as our current residence is owned by my ex.
