Help Secure Parental Rights and Justice

We are raising money to afford an attorney who cares about justice and making sure my parental rights are recognized and enforced appropriately. 

I was awarded full legal custody and I am now being denied fair and equal time with my daughter; with just a single night a week as opposed to our usual 3-4 nights a week.  

Sadly, this new issue arose at the most challenging time whether by fate or design.

I feel vulnerable while processing my mother’s recent diagnosis of metastatic cancer; it was unexpected and is purely devastating.

Unfortunately as a single mother, my finances are currently inadequate for another court case. The last six years of court battles have taken a toll and I need help this time around.

Not once has any of the erroneous accusations held up in court or been proven through any of the many investigations. Now we finally have a chance to end it once and for all. 

After contacting over 45 Hawaii family law lawyers we finally found a firm that has agreed to take our case. I have full faith that with this assistance, the gamesmanship will finally cease. 

I know we are all struggling at this time. I loathe to have to reach out for help after having won full legal custody only to be thrown into another round of vicious court proceedings.

Please note that I cannot provide detailed information about the court matters due to the prohibition against publication of any part of family law proceedings. This extends to identifying information about anyone else involved in the proceedings. I've been advised by my attorney not to mention any specifics or details, particularly in a public space. I apologize for the vagueness and ambiguity which surrounds this request. 

Overall, I need help paying for legal fees that revolve around a family law matter during a very difficult time.
