Help Secure Winter Tires for Safe Commute

I work 60 miles one way and it involves highway driving. Winter is approaching soon and need winter tires to get to work. I work part time because I'm on disability and cannot afford a set of tires for the winter. If there is anyway you could help, I would be truly grateful.
